HELLO Jane, Chris and Alex! It is with much pleasure that I send this e-mail, desire you a perfect year and everything good.
I also want to say that I adored to be at Django's Castle, the house is perfect, super acolhedora, very decorated well, feels calm it in Django's Castle, has a magnifica sight and the sunrise is seen of inside of house is very good! we exactly want to come back!
perhaps one summer ... Is for a hospitality that we continue to visit the southwest algarvio. Good Luck, Big Hug...

Quero também dizer que adorei estar Django's Castle, a casa é perfeita, super acolhedora, muito bem decorada, sente-se a calma em Django's Castle, tem uma vista magnifica e o nascer do sol é visto de dentro de casa é muito bom! nós queremos mesmo voltar ai!
talvez um verao... É por uma hospitalidade assim que continuamos a visitar o sudoeste algarvio.

2007 Dear Chris, Jane and Alex,
Many thanks for your hospitality during our stay. We loved the place, plenty of space for the kids and the outlaws too.
We were delighted to find the house had everything, so we didn't have to shop for kitchen/bathroom things, a wonderful array of reading material and games, etc.
The pool was great. I really miss it, but it's not a requirement in Dublin in October (or any other time of year!). It was good to know you were close by for advice, etc. Thanks again for train timetable, how to get a traditional sausage for the BBQ, booking the car and the birthday cake. I hope you enjoyed the piece we left you.
You made us very welcome and we thank you again. We will keep Djanjo's Castle on a shortlist of preferred options for the future. All the best to you three, hope all goes well when 'change of school' time comes around. Hope to see you again sometime.

JULY 2007 Dear Chris, Jane and Alex
We had a fantastic time. Having stayed in Portugal many times before, this was by far the best. The girls especially enjoyed the pool. We were also impressed that so much thought had gone into the little things such as the food package with typically British items.

Dear Chris, Jane and Alex
We are now back in Wales, which after a week of rain is now nice and sunny again. Who says the sun only shines on the righteous!
We completely forgot to sign the visitors book - perhaps you could insert this email instead.
We absolutely loved everything about Django's Castle and none of us have ever had such a wonderful holiday experience (not that we were on a holiday, you understand, we were only in the Algarve for the cycling...)
All of us hope to come to stay with you again,one way or another, maybe for a cycle holiday (and the cycling was superb) or maybe as a smaller group with wives. It is most certainly a place we would love to return to. I hope Lagos doesn't change too much, we like it just as it is and can see why you chose to live here.
Anyone staying at Django's who reads this will already know what marvellous hosts you are and what a special experience staying in the villa can be. All the practical advice you gave us was invaluable and Jane's uncomplaining trips to the shops for us made a real difference. Jane, you make the best chocolate cake I have ever eaten, it may well be worth coming back for that alone. Alex, you are a real personality and lovely guy. Good luck with the running and keep practicing the magic tricks Alun showed you.
On behalf of us all please accept our grateful thanks for all your kindness and for making our 15th year of cycling oustandingly the best.
And next time I come back, Chris, please will you take me out for a sailing lesson.

I've never stayed in such a well appointed holiday villa in all senses; satisfyingly changing views and absolutely EVERYTHING to hand within. Just perfect. Weather suits us too - we couldn't ask for more (except a resident chef !) We had a great week relaxing and enjoyable in all senses. We look forward to returning at some point.

The villa was lovely and snug and had a breathtaking view. The pool was nice to jump into when it was hot. The TV was brill and on the dolphin trip we saw nothing and I got soaked but it was great. Soon Toby ...... This week has been the best the pool was great and refreshing to jump into and the views were great - from Max

Thanks for the villa, loved Lagos and surrounding area. Fantastic child friendly villa - gates make life a whole lot more comfortable when you have tots !
Great views and will definitely be exploring this corner of the globe again at some point.
I'm on a personal mission to set foot on every Algarve and west coast beach so I should be OK for at least another 30 years or so.

All we can say is thank you for your hospitality - we have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and wish we had stayed longer !!

Thank you for the use of your lovely house. The welcome pack was very much appreciated. The house is well kitted out and we had everything we needed. The children loved the swimming pool and three of the non swimmers became really confident. Thank you for all the help with the transport and the assistance you gave during the hospital visit. A big thank you to Jane for organising Halah's birthday cake which was absolutely beautiful.
It was great having you nearby to ask for advice and assistance and nothing seemed too much trouble.
We would like to recommend 'No Patio' restaurant which is absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious and the owner, Martyn, was really helpful at accommodating our party of twelve.
Our first visit to Portugal has been a success and we would definitely like to come back.

It was the first villa holiday we have experienced and we were not disapointed by this spacious and comfortable villa. The layout of the villa allowed our two families to get together yet have their own private spaces. It is well equipped and the views are stunning.
We had a very much needed relaxing stay, indeed we enjoyed the castle so much we hardly wanted to go out. Thank you for the welcome pack and the extra shopping you did for us which was much appreciated on our late arrival.
We would definitely recommend Django's Castle to our friends and extensive family and hopefully we will be back soon.

Week 29.7.06 - 5.8.06
Hi Jane, Chris and Alex,
Thank you very much for our holiday at Djangos Castle. The Villa was great
and was excellent for our group. We all had our own privacy as the villa is
in effect split into three areas with all of us having our own kitchens and
bathrooms. The roof terrace is great for getting the final sun of the day
and getting away from the rest of the family ;-)
My children absolutely loved having their 'own' pool and it was great having
family BBQ's when we didn't want to eat out. Thanks Jane for organising the
birthday cake for my Father. He was very surprised to see his photo on the
cake and it made his day.
The views from the villa to the hills are fabulous and I am missing the view
already from our terrace.
I'd recommend the 'No Patio' Restaurant in Lagos which is a shrt walk away
from the centre but well worth finding and also driving to the Foia for
views across the whole of the Algarve.
Many thanks again and we hope to return in the not to distant future.

Hello from all of us !! I was going to email you in any event because we didn't have time before we left so early on Saturday to write any comments in the visitor's book. We all wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed ourselves. It was the first time we have experienced a villa holiday and we have all said that we would definintely do it again. The layout of the villa was excellent, giving each family their own privacy and it was very well equipped, with everything you need. The welcome pack was very welcome! Especially the wine and beer!!
CBeebies was a godsend for Kacey as she does not like being out in the sun for long periods of time and it was nice that she could go into the house and watch some cartoons if she wanted. She still wants to wander about in the nude now we're home but it's slightly colder over here!! The games and books for both adults and children were also appreciated. We had some very enjoyable BBQ's and evenings sitting on the terrace. The children enjoyed themselves in the pool, especially the slide.
I know Michael and Deborah had a good time playing with Alex. I bet he's a bit lonely this week !! Some of us are thinking of coming back next year so I was wondering if you could send me the villa prices for 2006. Again, many thanks for your hospitality and knowledge during our stay, we all had a very relaxing and enjoyable time.

Fantastic villa and facilities! Chris and Jane were very helpful but not at all intrusive. Superb holiday helped by the glorious weather.
The villa is far better than the website images lead you to believe. Time for a reshoot maybe !?
